Communication Lead (Kemal / Public-speaking specialist)
Participants adapt to their audience, open a session confidently, use effective ice breaking, eye contact, articulation, expression and body language, demonstrate subject knowledge, and maintain a genuine two-way conversation.
Branding Lead (Fernando / Fashion-industry guest / Sports-brand collaborator)
Participants define their trainer personality and positioning, align grooming and dress with the training context, demonstrate performance, character, attitude, professionalism and accountability, build a credible portfolio, and manage visibility and reputation responsibly.
Content Lead (Content creator / Fitness marketer)
Participants translate their positioning into useful content pillars, create repeatable short-form content, apply responsible publishing standards and build a realistic 30-day content workflow.
Sales Lead
Participants understand the client, build rapport, demonstrate relevant knowledge, gain trust, uncover the client's real decision trigger, communicate value, handle objections and close ethically without pressure or manipulation.
CRM Lead
Participants map the client journey, set communication and follow-up standards, make progress visible, manage service recovery, and improve retention through trust, consistency and relevant value.

Participants explain the fitness industry's journey, evolution and trends; understand roles in running a fitness business; read market demand; build identity and teams; connect marketing strategy to purpose; and create a practical 90-day career and networking plan.
Learning Lead
Participants present their trainer purpose, professional brand and appearance, communication approach, client value proposition, portfolio evidence, industry understanding and 90-day career plan to a panel.

No, but the program is application-only. We read every application by hand — we look for motivation and willingness to learn, not just hours logged. Active PTs, independent coaches, and gym owners are all welcome as long as they pass selection.
